Using our support ticket system allows us to assess your issue as a team and assign the best person to resolve it as fast as possible. It's a lot like calling in the cavalry!  Please be descriptive in your email (i.e. your company, exhibit, description of the issue, and photos, if able). For museum teams, we recommend you CC your supervisor or on-site exhibits coordinator, where applicable. This helps to avoid support fragmentation and keeps everyone in the loop!
